- Technical Difficulty #1: I registered and paid (or used a payment code) for an on-demand bundle, but now I cannot find or access the content.

Step 1: Access Your Content
If you have already registered for an on-demand bundle, please access the content using the respective link below:

Step 2: Log In
After following a link to your content, you will be prompted to log in to Pitt Professional. Please log in using the Email address and password you used when registering for the bundle. You can use the “Forgot Password?” button to retrieve your credentials if necessary.
After logging in, you will have access to the on-demand content!
- Technical Difficulty #2: This is my first time registering for ISS on-demand content (or using a payment code), and I don’t know how.

Step 1: Open Your Bundle's Registration Page
First, navigate to the ISS On-Demand Home Page.
Then, scroll down to the bundle you would like to access, and click the blue "Register" button.
Step 2: Enroll in the Bundle
In the middle of the page, you will see a blue button reading “Enroll Now” with the price of the bundle. Please click this button.
Step 3: Create a Pitt Professional Account
You will be brought to a “Create an Account” page. Please complete the information, then click the “Register New Account” button at the bottom.
To access ISS On-Demand content, you need an account in Pitt Professional with an email address and password. Since this is your first time registering for a course, you need to create your account now.
If you already have an account, please see Technical Difficulty #2, Step 2.
Step 4: Complete Your Registration
Next, you will be prompted to complete your registration. Here, you will input payment information, or use a payment code if you have one.
After completing your registration, you will have access to the on-demand bundle for which you registered! If you need assistance finding the content itself, please see Technical Difficulty #1.
- Technical Difficulty #3: I have registered for ISS on-demand content before, but I want to register for a new bundle.

Step 1: Open Your Bundle's Registration Page
First, navigate to the ISS On-Demand Home Page.
Then, scroll down to the bundle you would like to access, and click the blue "Register" button.
Step 2: Log In
Since this is not your first time registering for ISS on-demand content, you already have an account set up in Pitt Professional.
If this is you first time accessing ISS on-demand content, and you do not have an existing account in Pitt Professional, please see Technical Difficulty #2, Step 2.
In the top-right corner of the page, next to the shopping cart, you will see one of the following:
- Blue text reading “Login.”
- This means you need to log in.
- If so, please click this button, then log in using your Pitt Professional email address and password. You can use the “Forgot Password?” button to retrieve your credentials if necessary.
- Your name or email address.
- This means you are already logged in.
- If so, please move on to step #3.
Step 3: Enroll in the Bundle
In the middle of the page, you will see a blue button reading “Enroll Now” with the price of the bundle. Please click this button.
This will bring you to a “Checkout” screen. If you have a payment/registration code, you use it here in the “Enter Promotion Code(s)” area. Then, click “Pay and Enroll.”
After completing your registration, you will have access to the on-demand bundle for which you registered! If you need assistance finding the content itself, please see Technical Difficulty #1.
